JAMMU INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA AND RESEARCH organised Short video competition on 13/06/2024 as a part to celebrate 10th International Day of Yoga-2024.Keeping in view the theme the students of First Prof,Second prof,Third prof and Fourth prof submitted short videos performing the yoga Asanas .Both individual and group enteries were received in which name of Yoga Asana was mentioned , its importance ,its indication, contraindications and benifits were mentioned. Later winners were announced and Neer from final prof won the 1st prize. ". This event was organised by Dr Mansi Gupta, Dr Venandana, and Dr Jugal kishore in collaboration with The Department Of Swastvritta . More such events are lined up till 10th International Yoga Day.
