"Yoga for Self and Society" theme of this year's IDY . Students of JIAR also participated in a Function organised by DIRECTORATE OF AYUSH, J&K at M.A. Stadium, Jammu, J&K .Mr Abhishek Sharma State Organising Secretary , Arogya Bharti Jammu, J&K. Smt. Suman Sharma, Chairperson, Shri Sain Charitable Trust for Higher Education & Research, Jammu, Sh. Abhishek Sharma, State Organising Secretary Arogya Bharti, J&K inaugurated the program along with Mr Lokesh kumar Bali. Mrs Japna Sharma, Mr. Nitin Mahajan CEO of the Trust also graced the occasion. Students performed YOGA Asanas .Winners of Week long competition on Yoga were falicitated . Under the instructions of Mr lokesh kumar Bali ji,State Vice President Arogya Bharti J & k Students, Staff of all the colleges which were around 200 in number performed Yoga & he also highlighted Maharishi Patanjali's Maha Bhashya and his greatness and meaning of Yoga.
