“ FIRELESS COOKING COMPETITION FOR AYURVEDA RECIPE” was held in JIAR under World Ayurveda Day Celebration Under the World Ayurveda Day Celebration Fireless cooking competition for ayurvedic recipes was observed in JIAR Campus on 16,10.24 with the theme *AYURVEDA INNOVATION FOR GLOBAL HEALTH *. 16 teams of students participated in this event in which they presented their different Ayurvedic homemade and handmade recipes in different ways without any heating elements and they also highlighted their medicinal importance of their recipes. The event was Organised by Dr.Neeru Assistant Professor Department of Shalakya tantra, Dr. Hiteshi Assistant Professor Department of Rachna sharir & Dr. Lakshmi ,Assistant Professor Department of Samhita Sidhant.
