Guest lecture by Dr. Ravi kant Tiwari, Assistant Professor in Department of Yoga ,Central Sanskrit University Jammu was organised on 19 November for Transitional Curriculum “AYURDIKSHA” for Session 2024-2025 in JIAR.He spoke on “Yoga Practices for Healthy wellbeing. Students performed yogasanas ,and students along with faculty members interacted with Dr Ravi kant Tiwari.Later he was honoured and thanked by the Management of JIAR for his valuable insights on the topic and words of encouragement to the students.
