JIAR Bags 3rd Prize in Run for Ayurveda at RARI, Jammu

Students of Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR) actively participated in the Run for Ayurveda event held at RARI, Jammu, as part of the celebrations of 10th Ayurveda Day.The participants of JIAR Showcased great enthusiasm and spirit. Preeti Thakur, a student of third prof BAMS from JIAR secured the 3rd prize, bringing laurels to the Institute. The event highlighted the importance of Ayurveda in promoting health and wellness while encouraging youth participation in fitness and traditional health awareness activities.
