Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research Starts Ayupraveshika Programme for its 27th BAMS Batch(Session 2025-26)
Jammu, December 15: Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research (JIAR), Nardni (Raipur), Jammu starts Ayupraveshika – Transitional Curriculum Programme for its 27th Batch for the academic session 2025–26 at the Institute’s Conference Hall. The programme corresponds with the admission of the BAMS students.
The programme was conducted in accordance with the guidelines of the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM), the programme will continue for a duration of fifteen days. Parents accompanied their wards on the inaugural day.
The Ayupraveshika programme aims to familiarize newly admitted students with the foundational principles and holistic philosophy of Ayurveda, while instilling values of ethical practice, discipline, professionalism, and respect for India’s traditional medical heritage.
Faculty and students welcomed the initiative, describing it as a significant step towards building a strong academic and ethical foundation for future Ayurvedic professionals.
