On 30/1/23, JAMMU INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA AND RESEARCH celebrated WORLD LEPROSY DAY. The celebratory event was held in the Conference Hall of the Institute from 10am to 11am.
The Theme of World Leprosy Day 2023 was“ACT NOW. END LEPROSY”
Inaugural event of Deep Prajwalan and Dhanvantari Vandhana by Dr Sharada Principal JIAR, Dr Poonam Gupta Associate professor, Dr Sukhdev Assistant professor .
Under the supervision of Department of Kayachiktisa final prof students presented a PowerPointPresentation to throw light on various aspects of the disease.
All the faculty members, PG Students and Internees were present in the event.
The whole event was organised under the
supervision of Chairperson mam Smt. Suman Sharma, Managing Directors
Mr.Ritesh Sharma and Mr. Ravish Sharma ‚CEOs Mrs.Japna Sharma and
Mrs.Jasuda Sharma, Vice Principal Dr.Nitin Mahajan.
