Jammu Institute of Ayurved a and Research celebrated "WORLD NO TOBACCO DAY" on 31st May 2023 in conference hall at 11:00 AM. Programme was commenced with Deep Prajvalan and Dhanvantari Vandana. The theme was "we need food, not tobacco". The programme was organised under the supervision of Dr. Akshat Magluria ( Assistant Professor) Department of Rasashastra. Short skit was performed by students. Poster display and slogan competition was held. Many students participated enthusiastically. The judges for the event were : Dr. Vikas Gupta , Professor Department of Kriya Sharir, Dr. Manu Sharma, Associate Professor, Department of Kriya Sharir and Dr. Poonam Gupta, Associate Professor, Department of Kayachikitsa. Students thanked management and staff for such informative and knowledgeable events.
