JAMMU INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA AND RESEARCH organised Yoga awareness Programme in Trikuta College Of Physical Education on 12thJune 2023 at 11:00 AM . A Nukkad Natak "KARO YOGA RAHO NIROGA " was organised in which First Year Students and PG Scholar participated. Students gave awareness about lifestyle disorders and its management through YOGA. PG Scholar explained the PHYSIOLOGICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF YOGA ASANAS. This event was organised by Department of Swasthavritta in collaboration with Department of Kriya Sharir. Students thanked Management and Staff for organising such informative and knowledgeable events.
