JAMMU INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA AND RESEARCH celebrated 9th International Day of Yoga and organised "Yoga Quiz" in JIAR Conference Hall on 19th June 2023 at 11:00 am. Students participated including PG Scholars. This event was organised by Dr Rachin Shivgotra , Dr Namratha Raina and Dr. Sandeep .Winners of the event were : First winner were PG scholars Second winner were 3rd Prof and third winner were First Prof .Students thanked management and staff for organising such informative and knowledgeable events.
