JIAR Celebrates World Retina Day * Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Jammu celebrated WORLD RETINA DAY on 22.09.23 .On this Occasion the Department of Shalakya Tantra, Dr Neeru Bharti , Assistant Professor Department of Shalakya Tantra and Dr Sandeep S, Assistant Professor Department of Shalakya Tantra organised the event .The event started with the lightening of lamp and Shri Dhanvantri Vandana. The Students of 4th prof started the event by Chanting Caksusopanisat.Thereafter Demonstration of typical Eye exercises like Sunning, Swinging ,Palming, Candle exercises like Trataka and Thromboning, Ball exercises like U & V and Clock rotation exercises was done,the Students and Staff also performed the Eye exercises as per the demonstration.
