*JIAR CELEBRATES 8TH NATIONAL AYURVEDA DAY * Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research, Jammu started the series of events for celebration of 8th National Ayurveda Day 2023 under the theme “Ayurveda for One Health ” “Har din har kisi ke liye Ayurved”.
On 4th November, 2023 Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research Jammu organised a video competition in which 1st winner was Purusottam and group(4th prof),2nd winner was Nivedita and group(4th prof),3rd winner was Dhruv and group(4th prof) .
E-Poster competition was also organised in which PG Scholars participated , 1st winner was Dr Kajal ,2nd was Dr Aakriti and 3rd was Dr Hanika .In E-poster competition 1st winner was Nivedita ,2nd Vishesh and 3rd Dhruv. The judges of the event were Dr Vikas Gupta and Dr Ashish Mahajan .Through these short videos and e- posters general awareness regarding Dincharya , knowledge of Ayurvedic herbs in our kitchen was highlighted .Events like Ayurveda for Farmers, School students and General Public is lined up in next 6 days.
