A lecture on Importance of Do's and don't in Ayurveda was conducted by Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research under the Campaign 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ' an initiative by GOI to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of Independence on 06/12/2021 at Trikuta college of Education Nardni, Jammu from 12:30 pm to 1:30 p.m. The event was started with welcome address by Dr. Lavleen kaur. Lecture was given by Dr. Lakshmi, Assistant Professor, Department of samhita siddhant. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr. Sukhdev. About 60 students along with faculty members were present in the event. Mr.Vishavbharti Sharma principal of the college was the chief guest.
