A Webinar on STAY FIT WITH AYURVEDA was conducted by Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research under the Campaign 'Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav ' an initiative by GOI to celebrate and commemorate 75 years of Independence on 18/1/2022 at Govt high school , Raipur, Jammu from 1O am to 11 a.m. The event was started with welcome address by Dr.komal samyal. Lecture was given by Dr. Aabha sharma Assistant Professor, Department of Kayachiktisa. The program was concluded with vote of thanks by Dr.Rachin and Dr. Sukhdev. About 40 students along with faculty members were present in the event. Principal Shamim Akhtar was the chief guest of the webinar.
The whole event was organised under the supervision of Chairperson mam Smt.
