JAMMU INSTITUTE OF AYURVEDA AND RESEARCH celebrated 9th International Day of Yoga and organised flag off ceremony of Yoga Rally on the occasion of 9 th International Yoga Day Celebration named yogostsav from Raipur Chowk Bantalab to Nardani Bantalab ..chief guest on this auspicious occasion were Respected Rajesh Chowdhary Sir (SHO Chinore). This event was organised by The Department Of Swastvritta along with all the faculty members of JIAR. Students along with the faculty members recited Slogans while marching and also displayed beautiful posters emphasising on the importance of adopting yoga in our daily life style. Students thanked Management and Staff for organising such informative and knowledgeable events.
