JIAR Celebrates Charaka Jayanti -“Charak Jigyasa” With the blessings of Smt. Suman Sharma,Chairperson,Shri Sain Charitable Trust for Higher Education & Research,Jammu ,Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research,Jammu in association with Vishwa Ayurveda Parishad,J&K prant celebrated Charaka Jayanti – “Charak Jigyasa” at JIAR, Jammu.
Formal inauguration was done by lighting the lamp by Chief Guest, Dr Makhan Lal Gupta ,renowned Ayurveda Practitioner in Udhampur ,Mrs Suman Sharma,Chairperson ,Mr Ravish Sharma ,Managing Director, Mrs Jasuda Sharma and Esteemed Members of Vishwa Ayurved Parishad. Chief Guest Dr Makhan Lal Gupta in his lecture shared his experiences and insights on the way to approach the diseases for treatment. He was felicitated as Best Ayurveda Practitioner of the State by JIAR and VAP .The event was organised by the Department of Samhita and Siddhanta. The Students thanked the Management and Staff for organising such valuable and informative events.
