*Shakti Udghosh Foundation & JK fact organised General Quiz in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda & Research " .Shakti Udghosh Foundation & J K Foundation presented "know your system for celebrating the biggest festival of democracy" in Jammu Institute of Ayurveda and Research .Dr Preeti Choudhary ,Convenor Shakti Udghosh Foundation, Dr Lalit Upadhyay , Member Shakti Udghosh Foundation, & Pradeep Jamwal,J K Fact ,Students of 4th Prof. And M.D. Scholars ,faculty of JIAR were present during the Quiz.Dr Poonam Gupta, Associate Professor Department of Kaya Chikitsa co-ordinated the event at JIAR. The agenda of the event was to enlight the students regarding the democracy and to know that "A vote for The Country is a vote for you ".
